Returns & Exchange

We want you to be happy with every Vireza piece. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work. This policy applies to orders placed on this website.

01Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, unless a different period is required by mandatory consumer law in your country.

02Non-eligible items

The following are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law:

  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or promotional/limited offers where stated at purchase
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging where tags are required for resale
  • Gift cards or digital goods

03Conditions for a valid return

Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and labels attached, and suitable for resale. Natural textile fibres may show slight colour variation from screen display; that alone is not a defect.

04Step 1 — Contact us

Email vireza@virezashop.io with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address. Return routing may vary by region; do not ship to an address you have not received from us.

05Step 2 — Pack your items

Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Include a note with your order number and contact email inside the package.

  • Keep items in original condition with tags attached
  • Do not wash, iron, or alter items before we confirm your return

06Step 3 — Ship with your carrier

Unless we instruct otherwise for a defective or incorrect item, return shipping is paid by you. We do not include prepaid return labels by default. You may use any carrier you prefer. Keep your proof of posting or tracking number.

After you ship, please email us a clear photo of the shipping receipt or label. This helps us track your return and process it smoothly.

07Step 4 — Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the product price paid, excluding original outbound shipping fees and any optional shipping insurance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we accept the return for the refund to appear; bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email when the refund is issued. Returns received after the allowed window may not qualify for a full refund.

08Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact vireza@virezashop.io as soon as possible with photos of the issue and your order number. We will help with a replacement, exchange, or refund according to this policy and applicable law.

09Returns FAQ

Can all items be returned?

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, and final-sale items where stated, may not be returned except where required by law.

Colour or texture variation

Natural fabrics and dye lots may vary slightly from photos. Minor differences are normal and not necessarily defects.

Billing issues

If you notice a billing problem, email us promptly at vireza@virezashop.io. Report discrepancies within 90 days where possible.

Refund delays

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after our confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate.

10Exchanges FAQ

Can I exchange for another size or colour?

Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us first so we can hold inventory and provide return instructions.

Who pays shipping on exchanges?

For exchanges that are not due to our error or a defective item, you are usually responsible for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or a defective item, we will explain how we cover shipping.

How long do exchanges take?

After we receive your return, exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive email updates.
